As a teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of children from infancy to school age. Using our age-appropriate curriculum, you will guide learning experiences, encourage discovery, and build a solid foundation for kindergarten readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead engaging lessons aligned with early childhood learning standards.

• Foster a warm, inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and respect.

• Assist with daily routines including meals, potty training, diapering, and nap time.

• Use our Classroom Management system for communication and documentation.

• Supervise assistant teachers and support classroom operations.

• Partner with families through regular updates and parent-teacher communication.

• Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health & safety standards.

• Support the Director and Assistant Director with facility management and compliance tasks.

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
  (Note: Some states may allow employment from age 16 with restrictions.)

• Passion for working with young children in a nurturing, educational setting.

• Prior experience in early childhood education or childcare preferred.

• Familiarity with state childcare licensing regulations is a plus.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
