Teacher Assistant

• Experience working in schools or with children preferred but not required

• Assist the lead teacher in maintaining classroom order and discipline

• Support lesson implementation by working with small groups or individual students

• Reinforce learning objectives and guide students through assignments

• Supervise students during transitions, activities, recess, and lunch breaks

• Provide one-on-one assistance for students who need extra support, including those with special needs

• Support behavioral and social-emotional goals under teacher direction

• Help with classroom preparation, organization, and daily learning activities
