Montessori Lead Teacher
Are you passionate about early childhood education and Montessori philosophy? We're seeking a dedicated Montessori Lead Teacher to join our Toddler classroom. Key Responsibilities: Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth. Ensure safety and create a nurturing Montessori environment that meets children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff. Develop and implement Montessori-aligned lesson plans. Monitor children's progress and maintain open communication with their parents. Responsible for the guidance and supervision of two classroom assistants.
Qualifications: Enthusiastic, creative, genuine, passionate, confident, and child-focused team player. Montessori experience is required. Strong communication and adaptability. Commitment to safety and positive discipline. Willingness to engage in professional development.
