Talent Vision is a Staffing and Consulting Firm seeking a Middle & High School ELA Classroom Teacher to serve students at a Trenton NJ Charter School.

Teachers in this position be able to do the following:
- Expert in content knowledge in English Language Arts
- Extensive knowledge of ELA interventions (i.e. guided reading, small group instruction)
- Experience/comfort with online applications to enhance learning
- Design and implement curriculum and assessments that measure progress towards academic standards
- Use data to refine curriculum and inform instructional practices
- Receptive to weekly coaching and committed to growing and strengthening practice
- Provide consistent rewards and/or consequences for student behavior
- Implement multiple techniques for increased student engagement and checking for understanding
- Will be accountable for students' mastery of academic standards
- Familiarity with Google Classroom and virtual meeting platforms
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues
- Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree is preferred
- Teaching experience in an upper elementary, middle, or high school with an underserved population
- Adept interpersonal and communication skills to diverse audiences
- Valid NJ Teacher Certification completed or in progress
