As a Lead Teacher at Primrose School of The Lakes at Blaine, youll create a fun, safe environment for little ones who are constantly on the move. Through a daily schedule of purposeful play, youll help lay the foundation for the school setting as children navigate a classroom environment, build their motor skills and grow their vocabulary.
We are open 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday.

Schedule:
- No nights or weekends
- Flexible schedule
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- BA degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development Associate Certification plus experience hours (Preferred)
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
- Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child.
- Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning curriculum.
- Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
- Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.
