To be a lead teacher, the qualifications include:
1 year of childcare experience
An associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field,
45 Hour Infant/Toddler Certification,
45 Hour Preschool Curriculum Certification,
45 Hour Growth and Development Certification,
Americans with Disabilities (ADA),
Basic Health and Safety,
Breastfeeding,
Sudden Infant Death Syndrome training (SIDS),
CPR/First Aid certification,
Medication Administration Training,
9-hour communication training,
Allergy Training,
And Sexual Abuse training.
