Preschool Teacher Job at Echo Church in San Jose

The Wonder Studio, the preschool outreach of Echo.Church, serves children ages 2 to 5 by creating a loving, Christ-centered learning environment. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Preschool Teacher who is committed to both early childhood education and spiritual development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a nurturing, high-quality learning environment.
• Foster a healthy and positive staff culture.
• Support parent and community engagement in alignment with Christian values.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and training requirements.
• Utilize basic computer skills for classroom communication, tasks, and documentation.
• Implement classroom curriculum and schedule
• Perform other duties as needed to support the mission of Echo.Church and The Wonder Studio.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 core units in Early Childhood Education/Child Development.
  
• 3+ years of experience working with children ages 26.
  
• Meets all licensing requirements as outlined by the County of Santa Clara.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
