What We Offer

Salary range: $14-$15/hour

Paid holidays after 6 months

School is closed between Christmas Day and New Year's Day

Plus 7 paid time off (PTO) days per year after one year

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Meets background check eligibility

CPR/First Aid Certified

Has knowledge of childcare programming, safety, and emergency first-aid procedures, program management and customer service principles

Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty members

Works productively without supervision within established organizational policies and procedures

Is highly motivated and takes direction well with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Is dependable and adaptable and enjoys working in teams

The Goddard School located in Lake Orion has been open for 13 years and has 180 children under our care. As part of a larger franchise system, in operation for over 30 years, we are the premier preschool for children from six weeks to six years old. We have over 530 franchised schools with more than 70,000 students in 38 states. The Goddard School uses the most current academically endorsed methods to ensure children have fun while learning the skills they need for long-term success in school and in life.
