What You'll Do:

• Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities aligned with Primrose Balanced Learning tailored for 3-4 yr old children
  
  
• Ensure daily supervision, safety, and developmental support for preschool children
  
  
• Maintain a welcoming, nurturing classroom environment
  
  
• Conduct parent-teacher conferences & child assessments
  
  
• Adhere to Primrose curriculum and policies
  
  
• Collaborate with leadership for continuous improvement
  
  

Were Looking For:

• Enthusiastic, growth-minded educators
  
  
• Lead Teacher qualified (Colorado ECT Certification required)
  
  
• Preferred: 1+ year experience in Early Childhood Education or Childcare, specifically with 3 - 4 yr aged children

• Flexibility and passion for teaching young children
  
  
• Must pass Colorado Background Check & Trails
