The role involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch to customers, including convenience and gas stores, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. The driver unloads and brings products into the store, manages rotating and stocking of products on shelves, displays, vending equipment, and coolers, builds displays, and sets up promotional materials. The driver also generates invoices and handles daily settlement of cash and charges, with frequent interaction with store management.

This position is labor-intensive, requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling a high volume of cases (20-45 pounds each) repeatedly during work hours. It also involves reaching, squatting, and bending while delivering and merchandising products under various weather conditions. Long work hours may be required during peak seasons.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions at multiple stores daily
• Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including driving and maneuvering in tight spaces
• Service all scheduled customers by the end of each shift
• Merchandise and rotate accounts according to standards, including filling shelves, building displays, and removing out-of-date products
• Push and pull pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products
• Establish positive relationships with primary contacts at each account
• Comply with operating procedures and DOT regulations
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance
