As a delivery driver, you are the customer-facing liaison between our fulfillment centers and our valued customers. You will be directly responsible for delivering the customers’ boxes to the correct address, during the correct time window, and in pristine condition. Drivers are expected to maintain a positive attitude, a safety-first mindset, and prioritize customers. Responsibilities include complying with all DOT and Misfits Market safety standards, verifying deliveries in the routing app, delivering orders professionally and carefully, safely navigating weather and hazards, using proper lifting form to load/unload up to 150 boxes per shift (each up to 50lbs), supporting the Packaging Return Program by picking up and documenting customer recycling, and supporting overall delivery volume including helping other drivers or working overtime as needed. Requirements include authorization to work in the US, valid state-issued driver's license for at least 2 years, valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record, 2 years of delivery driving experience, comfort operating delivery vans in all weather conditions, willingness to work overtime/weekends if needed, ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively, and ability to sit, stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively. Preferred qualifications include HS diploma or equivalent, bilingual (English/Spanish), and experience in a food-based environment.
