The position involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch to customers, including convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. Responsibilities include driving the delivery vehicle, unloading products, stocking shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and daily settlement of cash and charges. The role requires frequent interaction with store management.

This labor-intensive position involves lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling a high volume of cases (20-45 pounds each) repeatedly during work hours. It also requires reaching, squatting, bending, and working in various weather conditions. During peak seasons, long work hours may be necessary.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions to multiple stores daily
  • Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including driving and maneuvering in tight spaces
  • Service scheduled customers by the end of each shift
  • Merchandise and rotate products according to standards, build displays, and maintain shelves
  • Push and pull pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products
  • Establish positive relationships with store contacts
  • Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations
  • Maintain reliable and predictable attendance
