Candidate Requirements
- A positive, customer-first attitude.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening (marijuana/THC is acceptable).
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no at-fault accidents).
- Reliable: report to work on time, every day.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and work in all weather conditions.
Work hours typically start at 07:00 a.m. and end around 5:00 p.m. We schedule 10-hour shifts and pay for the full shift even if completed sooner. Benefits include accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) from day one, optional health coverage, and 401k after 30 days.
Average pay is $21.75/hour including bonuses after training, with Rivian, CDV, and Step Van drivers earning more.
