This role involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch to customers such as convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. Responsibilities include driving the delivery vehicle, unloading products, stocking store shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and handling daily cash and charge settlements. The position requires frequent interaction with store management.

This is a labor-intensive role requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds multiple times daily, along with reaching, squatting, and bending during deliveries and merchandising, often in various weather conditions. Long hours may be necessary during peak seasons.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions across multiple stores daily
  • Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including maneuvering in tight spaces
  • Service scheduled customers by the end of each shift
  • Merchandise and rotate products to local standards, build displays, and manage stock levels
  • Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products
  • Establish positive relationships with primary contacts at each account
  • Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations
  • Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
