The role involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch, including convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. Responsibilities include driving the delivery vehicle, unloading products, stocking shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and daily cash and charge settlements. The role requires frequent interaction with store management.

This position is labor-intensive, requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling a high volume of cases (20-45 pounds each), along with reaching, squatting, and bending during deliveries and merchandising, often in various weather conditions. Long work hours may be necessary during peak seasons.

Primary Accountabilities

• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions across multiple stores daily.
• Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including basic driving maneuvers.
• Service all scheduled customers by the end of the shift.
• Merchandise and rotate products to meet local standards, build displays, and manage stock levels.
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products.
• Establish positive relationships with store contacts.
• Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations.
• Maintain reliable and predictable attendance.
