The position involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch to customers, including convenience and gas stores, small supermarkets, drug stores, etc. (average of 15-20 stops per day). Responsibilities include driving the delivery vehicle, unloading products, stocking store shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and daily settlement of cash and charges. The role requires frequent interaction with store management.

This is a labor-intensive position requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling high volumes of cases (20-45 pounds per case) repeatedly during work hours. It also involves reaching, squatting, bending during deliveries and merchandising, often in various weather conditions. Long work hours may be required during peak seasons.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions at multiple stores daily.
  • Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including basic driving functions.
  • Service all scheduled customers by the end of each shift.
  • Merchandise and rotate accounts to standards, build displays, refill stock, remove outdated products, and maintain shelves.
  • Push and pull pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products.
  • Build positive relationships with primary contacts at each account.
  • Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations.
  • Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
