Position Overview: This role involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch, including convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. The driver unloads products, stocks shelves, builds displays, sets up promotional materials, and manages invoices and daily settlements. Frequent interaction with store management is expected.

This position is labor-intensive, requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly, as well as reaching, squatting, and bending during deliveries and merchandising in various weather conditions. Long hours may be required during peak seasons.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions at multiple stores daily
• Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including maneuvering in tight spaces
• Service scheduled customers by the end of each shift
• Merchandise and rotate products according to standards, build displays, and manage stock levels
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products
• Establish positive relationships with store contacts
• Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance
