Job Overview

As a member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive attitude and building strong relationships with our accounts to ensure their complete satisfaction. You\'ll be assigned a tractor-trailer adorned with our top brands\' logos and will be responsible for keeping it clean, as well as conducting pre- and post-trip inspections at the start and end of each day. This physically demanding role involves not only driving but also lifting and carrying loads of up to 100 lbs. or more on a repetitive basis along your assigned route. Physical strength, stamina, and a clean driving record are essential to excel in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently deliver pre-sold packaged beer, kegs, and non-alcoholic beverages to customer accounts.
  • Organize and restock shelves for customers.
  • Maintain proper product rotation to uphold our commitment to freshness and quality standards.
  • Assist and provide guidance to driver helpers in their tasks.
  • Collect payments and obtain signed invoices from customers.
  • Foster positive customer relations and maintain a friendly demeanor.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
  • Perform vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to contribute to team success.

To Be Considered For This Position, Candidates Should Possess

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid Class A CDL.
  • A clean driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents in the last three–five years.
  • Physical strength and stamina to lift, carry, and handle loads up to 100 lbs. or more on a repetitive basis.
  • Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle payments and invoices professionally.
  • Ability to organize and restock shelves while ensuring proper product rotation.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
  • Willingness to assist driver helpers and collaborate with the team.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations; reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Proficient English communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations; ability to endure long hours on the road.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test.
