Job Summary
As a Delivery Driver, you'll prepare your vehicle, learn the delivery area, and ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly. You'll interact with customers professionally, both in person and by phone, while supporting your team by assisting with in-store duties like making products and taking orders. Adhering to company appearance standards, you’ll contribute to a positive and energetic team atmosphere. You'll accurately process transactions, manage cash, and use the PROFIT System, while also supporting sales by suggestively selling and distributing door hangers. Ensuring safety and cleanliness in all work areas is essential to protecting company assets and upholding security standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders accurately and on time.
- Interact professionally with customers in person and by phone.
- Assist with in-store duties including product preparation and order taking.
- Maintain appearance standards and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Process transactions and manage cash using the PROFIT System.
- Support sales through suggestive selling and distribution of materials.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness to protect company assets.
Qualifications
- Some experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
- Valid and current Driver’s License with a reliable vehicle.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
