How you’ll support our operations:

As a delivery driver, you are the customer-facing liaison between our fulfillment centers and our valued customers. You will be responsible for delivering the customers’ boxes to the correct address, during the correct time window, and in pristine condition. We expect our drivers to maintain a positive attitude, a safety-first mindset, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

• Complying with all DOT and Misfits Market safety standards at all times, including wearing seatbelts, using hands-free devices, and proper lifting techniques.
• Verifying deliveries in our routing app.
• Delivering customer orders directly to their doorstep with professionalism and care.
• Navigating varying weather conditions safely throughout your shift.
• Loading and unloading up to 150 boxes per shift, each weighing up to 50 lbs, using proper lifting form.
• Supporting our Packaging Return Program by collecting and documenting customer recycling.
• Assisting other drivers or working overtime as needed to support delivery volume.

What you have:

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A valid state-issued driver's license for at least 2 years.
• Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of delivery driving experience.
• Comfortable operating a delivery van in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends if necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to sit, stand, squat, kneel, and bend repeatedly, with or without accommodations.

Nice to have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in a food-based environment.
