• Lead customers experience to a great first night of proven, quality sleep
• Communicate product features and benefits

• Make a connection with a diverse array of customers
• Deliver Sleep Number products in a team environment with a partner

What You Bring To The Truck

• 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with help of a partner
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role
• Must have and maintain identification that allows access to military bases (State issued enhanced driver’s license (Real ID), Enhanced ID, Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense ID or other acceptable identification)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base rates starting at $20.75 an hour
• Opportunity to make up to an extra $400/month with our Monthly Incentive Program
