Essential Responsibilities
- Provides excellent care and service to customers
- Takes accurate phone orders
- Effective communicator and active listener
- Checks out and delivers orders
- Accurately handles cash
- Serves others
- Safely operates a motor vehicle
- Basic reading, writing and math skills
- Performs other in-store functions while not driving such as folding boxes or other cross-functional associate level tasks
Minimum Requirements
The following education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's) are required to perform in this role:
- Valid driver’s license
Education
- High School or GED preferred, but not required
Work Experience
- Previous driver and/or customer service experience helpful, but not required
