We are hiring regular full-time and part-time FedEx Delivery drivers with work-related driving experience and a strong work ethic to make local residential and business deliveries. (CDL License Not required). If you have been a Local Driver, Route Driver, Truck Driver, Courier, Pickup Driver, or Delivery Driver — and have experience with UPS, Amazon, FedEx, DHL, Walmart, Uber, Lyft, or similar companies — we have a job waiting for you. Requirements

• ∙ Be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
• ∙ Pass a drug test (including marijuana) with continued random drug screens throughout employment
• ∙ Pass a DOT physical
• ∙ Be able to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. with a hand truck
• ∙ Pass FedEx Ground criminal background check
• ∙ Have reliable transportation to and from work — be on time and ready to work each day
• ∙ Be able to climb stairs
• ∙ Be able to work in all weather conditions
• ∙ Have a strong work ethic and a "get it done" attitude

Daily Duties

• ∙ Operate your vehicle safely at all times
• ∙ Deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences, performing up to 150 stops a day
• ∙ Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels
• ∙ Load vehicle and organize daily loads
• ∙ Work independently and as part of a team
• ∙ Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with management
• ∙ Use scanner accurately and track delivery process
• ∙ Ensure accurate delivery and pickup of packages, maintaining our integrity
• ∙ Complete routes in a timely manner

Paid training will be provided, covering delivery/route procedures, equipment operation, customer service, and safety.
