As a Car Delivery Driver at our Grand Rapids store located at 44 Ionia Avenue SW, Grand Rapids MI 49503, you are the main face of our brand outside of the bakery and play a vital role in delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans.

WHAT WILL I DO AS A DELIVERY DRIVER?

1. Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
2. Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our customers in a timely and safe manner.
3. Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions, whether in person or by phone.
4. Use Insomnia’s delivery app to standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

1. Excellent time management and organizational skills
2. Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!
3. Own a car, valid license, registration, and insurance
4. Pass a motor vehicle background check
5. Smartphone with data plan
6. Legally eligible to work in the United States
7. At least 18 years old
