What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Deliver parts to customers and develop relationships with them.
  2. Pick up parts from vendors, ensure accurate stocking, and check inventory.
  3. Focus on safety while driving and delivering parts.
  4. Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries.
  5. Build long-term customer relationships.
  6. Maintain the delivery truck's safety, cleanliness, and basic maintenance.
  7. Perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

  1. Ability to bend, reach, stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs.
  2. Handle cash transactions correctly and manage returns.
  3. Maintain a delivery log or tracking system.
  4. Inspect and protect company assets, merchandise, and vehicles.
  5. Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
  6. Ability to navigate using maps and directions.
  7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  8. Valid Driver’s License.
