Our drivers provide a white glove service demonstrating how to use merchandise and explaining our policies and procedures. This is a demanding and rewarding position!

First year drivers average $25.59-36.65 per hour. We pay every Friday. There is time off and benefit support including sick pay and vacation time.

Location: Denver Metropolitan Area

Compensation range: $19.55-$27.25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assemble/disassemble furniture correctly and efficiently using a variety of tools.
• Efficiently and safely load and unload furniture to and from a delivery truck.
• Deliver, assemble, disassemble, and remove merchandise from customers' homes.
• Explain merchandise, policies, and procedures to customers in a clear and courteous manner.
• Work with a partner to perform deliveries and coordinate customer handoffs.
• Team lift merchandise and move items in and out of homes and trucks.
• Maintain safety and work in a fast-paced environment for an extended period.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.
• Be able to work independently with little supervision and collaborate with multiple departments to improve processes, maximize efficiency, and exceed customer service expectations.

Qualifications

• Delivery drivers must be honest and caring. You are ambassadors of the brand.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with 2 or fewer moving violations within the past 3 years.
• Obtain and maintain a D.O.T. physical card (company pays for this).
• Must own your own hand tools (assistance available).
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies, including Dispatch Track and iPad.

Requirements & Physical Demands

• Ability to maneuver in confined and congested areas, including stairways, hallways, and elevators.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 10 hours or more daily.
• Constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back; lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling merchandise up to 100 lbs frequently and up to 250 lbs with assistance.
• Delivery Driver duties involve lifting, gripping, bending, kneeling, stooping and moving merchandise 10 hours or more daily.

Schedule

• Drivers work 5-6 days a week; it is common to work 6 days during busy seasons. We start early, stay focused, and get the job done.
• Target outcomes: Make customers happy and go home with satisfaction.
