ARC Document Solutions is hiring: Dispatcher/Delivery Driver in Seattle

We are seeking a Dispatcher/Delivery Driver to join our team at ARC Document Solutions, a global leader in digital printing and technology services. Our network spans over 140 service centers worldwide, serving more than 60,000 customers, including renowned brands.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering time-critical print projects in a friendly environment.
• Prioritizing deliveries based on customer needs, distance, and location.
• Handling customer requests or complaints upon return.
• Operating a company vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Scheduling vehicle maintenance and overseeing upkeep.
• Maintaining office supplies and packaging inventory.
• QC of printed and finished materials based on high-quality standards.
• Packaging projects for Will-Call, delivery, or shipping.
• Organizing and decorating work area to enhance productivity.
• Working overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
• Assisting in other departments and answering customer calls as needed.

Qualifications include:

• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, internet browsers, Excel; Smartsheet is a plus.
• Experience in delivery logistics from planning to execution.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle materials carefully.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated, independent work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Dispatcher and Delivery Driver/Courier.

Pay range: $20.76 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
