We’re building our brand and are looking for employees to join the Bertucci's family. Primary responsibilities include customer interactions, order accuracy, payment processing with the manager, visual inspection of products, and reporting food or service complaints to the manager.

Overview

Delivery Driver role focused on serving Bertucci's guests, ensuring accurate orders, and delivering food products while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Collecting money from customers
• Ensuring order accuracy when packing food
• Accuracy of collecting payment and processing and cashing out with the manager
• Visually inspecting all products to ensure garnishes are added and food is eye-appealing
• Report all food and service complaints to the manager

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Some heavy lifting (25-30 lbs)
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to stand and be active for a 9-hour shift
• Ability to communicate (Speak, read and write English)
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Adhering to motor vehicle laws when driving
• Delivery drivers must use their private vehicles for deliveries and are responsible for any physical damages to their vehicles
• Must supply their own insurance and gas
