CDL Delivery Driver Job at Factory Motor Parts Co in Stockton

Factory Motor Parts is looking for a Delivery Driver with a Class B or better Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to deliver auto parts to regional customers and warehouses.

The CDL Delivery Driver is responsible for the timely, safe, and accurate delivery of automotive parts to customers using a company-provided vehicle, without incident.

Position responsibilities include:

• Driving courteously and safely, employing defensive driving skills.
• Providing professional communication with customers at their site, representing Factory Motor Parts.
• Keeping the vehicle clean and in good working order.
• Accurately handling customer returns.
• Driving safely in various road conditions and handling hazardous materials.
• Participating in yearly physical inventories.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements for this position:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B or better.
• Hazmat Endorsement preferred.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to interact with management and customers at various levels.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
• Ability to read a map or understand geographic areas.
