Job Summary

The Delivery Driver provides excellent customer service with professionalism and patience. Key responsibilities include delivering cannabis products safely and on time, reviewing orders for accuracy, and maintaining compliance with all regulations. Product knowledge, customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, and cash handling are essential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Interpret and adhere to state laws and regulations for cannabis delivery.
• Manage delivery documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
• Maintain positive relationships with dispensary staff.
• Communicate effectively during deliveries and resolve issues promptly.
• Explain product variations to customers professionally.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
• Assist with inventory, organization, website updates, and other tasks during downtime.

Job Requirements

• Must be 25 or older, pass pre-employment screenings, and have a clean driving record.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to work weekends, days, and nights.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred; cannabis retail experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling preferred.
• Ability to comply with all cannabis industry regulations and obtain a Registered Agent Card.

Physical Demands

The role requires standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, reaching, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, hearing, tasting, and smelling. Lifting up to 25 pounds may be necessary.
