LHH seeks a Bilingual Medical Receptionist.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients with warmth and genuine care—your smile sets the tone for their entire visit.

  • Handle copays and payments with professionalism and a friendly touch, making every interaction seamless and positive.

  • Verify insurance details to ensure our patients are fully covered and confident in their care.

  • Secure authorizations for procedures and treatments, paving the way for smooth clinical experiences.

  • Master appointment schedule—coordinate and confirm bookings to keep the days running like clockwork.

  • Support with vital administrative duties—your behind-the-scenes efforts keep the office humming.

  • Collaborate with an energetic, compassionate team—work together to deliver top-notch patient care and create an environment where everyone thrives.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in a healthcare setting.

  • Bilingual in Spanish—help connect with even more patients.

  • Skilled in collecting copays and insurance verification.

  • Outstanding communication and people skills—your positivity is contagious.

  • Multitasking superstar—you shine in a fast-paced environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Monday to Friday | 8AM - 5PM | Onsite



Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
