Job Summary:DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring that every individual feels valued and attended to.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff and clients.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy access and retrieval.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Prepare and distribute office correspondence as needed.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
