Now Hiring – Receptionist – CareOne at Cherry Hill

Hours: Per-Diem

The Receptionist will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Responsible for busy front desk
• Greet & direct visitors
• Answer busy switchboard, transfer calls, & use paging system as needed
• Order office supplies and other supplies as needed for office and pharmacy
• Assist Human Resources within filing, calling references, setting up interviews, etc.
• Assist Professional Services department by scheduling meetings, put together policy binders, and other materials as needed
• Provide administrative & clerical assistance as needed
  
  

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Professional Experience

• 0-2 years experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a busy/fast paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining an Organized workspace
• Strong Communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff
