Description

Handles high volume of calls, scheduling and confirms benefits and eligibility prior to patient appointments

Entering authorizations and at times being pulled to cover as front office receptionist through the clinic when there are PTO's

Verifying eligibility

Collecting Co-Pays, completing check in process

Handling appointments, Monitoring Daily Productivity

Balancing batches and confirming payments/co-pays received at the end of day which require careful handling and properly documented and allocated for

Assist with putting supplies away and lifting up to 15 lbs

Must be Bilingual

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
