Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth operational flow within our office. Your role will involve managing incoming calls, greeting guests, and handling various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for office meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the reception area and office supplies.
- Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and standard office equipment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
