Responsibilities

  • Operate the switchboard telephone system with precision and professionalism.
  • Engage with callers in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner, endeavoring to minimize wait times.
  • Provide essential information to callers with general inquiries.
  • Assist the General Manager and Sales Managers by undertaking various clerical duties as required.
  • Maintain a demeanor of friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency when interacting with both customers and colleagues.
  • Address customer complaints with integrity and composure, directing them to the appropriate personnel for further resolution.

Requirements

  • Possess outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
  • Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
  • Exemplify a high level of attention to detail and organizational prowess.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while effectively liaising with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Willingness to undergo drug screening and background checks.
