Receptionist at Lithia & Driveway – Las Vegas, NV

We are seeking a friendly, customer-oriented Cashier/Receptionist with cash handling experience to join our dealership team. Build a career in a fast-paced automotive environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, answer incoming calls and inquiries.
• Direct calls and handle all customer payments and credit transactions.
• Daily balancing and reconciling of cash office accounts and bank deposits.
• Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed.
• Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.
• Perform basic administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Great communication, customer service and time management skills.
• Upbeat, self-starter who is detail-oriented and has excellent phone etiquette.
• Driven to succeed, eager to learn and grow in the automotive industry.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• One to two years of previous cashier/receptionist experience preferred.
