- Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.
Responsibilities
The Receptionist provides a superior level of secretarial duties and reception services to the doctor, patients, and staff.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent. Higher education may be substituted for experience.
- 1+ years’ experience in a hospital or physician practice setting.
- Basic to intermediate EMR knowledge.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced clinical environment, engage patients, peers, and supervisors in a dedicated, comforting, respectful, and effective way, and adapt to change.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in a related field of study.
Pay Range Minimum: $15.13/Hr. Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
