Receptionist – Auto Dealership

As our new receptionist, you will be the voice and face of our dealership. We need someone with a winning attitude and a professional appearance. While experience is preferred, candidates with great potential will also be considered. To succeed in this position, you should be reliable, professional, likable, and eager to build a long-term career with us. Our dealership is a family, and we treat each employee as such.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand and follow receptionist processes and procedures.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, and sorting mail.
• Receive visitors, obtain their names and the nature of their business, and update the telephone directory.
• Direct clients to the lounge and refer them to the appropriate personnel for vehicle status updates.
• Diffuse client concerns and refer them to the appropriate team member for assistance.
• Contact customers via telephone to inform them of license plate status.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED; 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training. Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and is competitive with Fortune 500 companies.
