Position: Evening Receptionist

The Evening Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls for the campus and routing inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and professional manner. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

Job Duties:

  1. Lead customer service activities at the first point of contact, providing timely, courteous, and proficient service to internal and external customers.
  2. Answer all incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate associate or department.
  3. Assist visitors at the campus with directions and support.
  4. Monitor and facilitate access to the building in coordination with security personnel.
  5. Assist students with IT access issues, including resetting passwords and submitting help desk tickets.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned by the Dean of Instruction.

Salary and Benefits:

Starting at $16.00 per hour. This position is eligible for overtime. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
