Position: Per Diem Receptionist

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet residents, families, and guests warmly, creating a welcoming environment.
• Answer calls, direct inquiries, and take messages.
• Maintain a tidy front desk and handle administrative tasks.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between staff and residents.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
