DESCRIPTION:
Day-to-day responsibilities include checking clients in and out, seating them, offering refreshments, answering the phone, making/changing appointments, and managing schedules. The receptionist is responsible for ensuring smooth front office operations. Basic task delegation, such as confirming schedules and making appointments and bookings, is also required. Experience with email communication and handling calls is essential.

REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants MUST
- Be able to qualify and maintain security clearance
- Have at least one year of reception experience and a good understanding of professional business environments
- Have some administrative experience
- Be very friendly and able to calmly handle clients and staff
- Be able to carry themselves in a professional manner
- Be punctual, responsible, and reliable
- Have good written and verbal communication skills (answering phones and composing emails professionally)

Pay: From $36,000 per year, excluding bonuses and benefits
