BMW of Minnetonka is seeking a friendly, professional, and tech-savvy individual to join our front desk team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction and thrives in a fast-paced, high-end automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer phones, direct calls, and manage front desk inquiries
• Support basic administrative tasks and scheduling
• Use Word, Excel, and general computer tools to stay organized

Schedule

• Weekday Evenings: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
• Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1–2 Saturdays per month)

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer phones, direct calls, and manage front desk inquiries
• Support basic administrative tasks and scheduling
• Use Word, Excel, and general computer tools to stay organized

What We’re Looking For

• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer use
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

Compensation

• $15 - $17/hour
• Paid training and supportive team environment

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
