Duties

• Manage the greeting, registration and departure of patients
• Deliver quality service and assistance to doctors working in the centre
• Ensure that the medical centre facilities are clean and tidy at all times
• Ensure accurate billings, cash collection and receipting for patient services

Skills & experience

• Computerliteracy and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Exceptional data entryand communication skills
• Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
• Ability to developqualityworking relationships
