About the Role:
As our receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients—responsibilities include:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is neat, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff as needed.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle office supplies inventory and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Address and resolve visitor inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.]

What We’re Looking For:
- Must Have a high school diploma: or equivalent; additional qualifications as a receptionist or in related fields is a plus.
- Experience in a Medical or Dental Office (preferred): You’re comfortable managing schedules, handling sensitive information, calling insurance, collections and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using office equipment: including computers, printers, and telecommunication systems.
- Knowledge of relevant software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, CRM systems).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of accounting or bookkeeping practices is a plus.
- Strong Customer Service Skills : you genuinely enjoy helping people and strive to make every interaction positive.
