Job Summary

The Part-time Receptionist will oversee the front desk administration, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing the visitor log, answering phones, handling mail and faxes, maintaining office supplies, coordinating facility requests, and assisting with event planning and special projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team
