RECEPTIONIST
Description:

Serving as the central point of contact for our staff, vendors, and, most significantly, our clients, the ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, possess strong organizational abilities, and exhibit a keen attention to detail.
Additionally, this role involves undertaking administrative and clerical functions, providing general support across various departments.

•1 year or more of receptionist experience
•Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
•Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
•Ability to collaborate with colleagues and various departments.
•Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
•Knowledge of and adherence to professional etiquette.
•Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines.
•Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and assist in different areas.
•High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus.
•Positive attitude and a proactive approach to daily responsibilities.
