Southern Veterinary Partners is hiring: Receptionist in Arlington

Pet Resort in the Garden is the premier pet resort facility located in Arlington, TX at 2890-A Pioneer Parkway. We are dedicated to providing excellent care for pets and outstanding service for clients. We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client calls for scheduling, updates, and inquiries.
• Prioritize tasks efficiently in a calm manner.
• Maintain accurate records of clients and pets, including immunizations and medical concerns.
• Assist clients with instructions, information, and billing.
• Use resort computer systems for check-in/check-out procedures and documenting pet-specific instructions.
• Manage financial transactions accurately, following cash and credit procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service with professional communication.
• Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate empathy towards clients and pets.
• Stay engaged during downtimes and accept direction.
• Utilize standard office equipment and adapt to flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with kennel software is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work independently during busy hours.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting at $14.50/hour, based on experience.
