Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Directing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments
  • Taking and relaying accurate messages when necessary
  • Greeting and assist visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Ensuring a positive experience for all guests
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
  • Running and preparing reports as assigned by management
  • Assisting with general office tasks, including filing and data entry
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members
  • Escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
