Receptionist Job at Fairview Health Services in BLOOMINGTON

Job Overview

We are looking for a Receptionist to serve as the face of our Skilled Nursing Facility and act as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This position is responsible for clerical support to all departments needing assistance, answering phones, and greeting visitors and vendors.

This position includes:

• 16 hours per two weeks
• Day/Evening shift
• Every other weekend

Martin Luther Care Center, part of the Martin Luther Senior Living Campus, is located in East Bloomington, near woodlands/wetlands and along the Minnesota River Bluffs. Responsibilities

• Greet and provide courteous assistance to all visitors entering the community
• Monitor security by unlocking entrances and overseeing those entering and exiting
• Perform clerical duties such as mailings, petty cash management, and transactions with resident funds
• Respond to medical, fire, maintenance, and security emergencies according to building policies and procedures
